• Business Performance Analysis: Analyzing business performance against plans, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Financial Modelling: Preparing financial analyses for “what if” scenarios and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact on business units.
• Performance Benchmarking: Benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs) against external and internal peers.
• Collaboration: Business partnering with Controllers and Project Managers to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial analysis for MIS reports to management.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines, including SOX audit requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory, along with a CMA/CA certification.
• Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with independent problem-solving capability.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication & presentation skills are essential for this role.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including CO-PA and understanding of other modules, is highly desirable.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
